PROBLEMATICS AND ACTUALITY OF THE OF THE «HUMAN FACTOR» INFLUENCE ON THE PRODUCTION INJURIES LEVEL AT THE COAL INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES RESEARCH
A brief analysis of the literature source on the problem of the human factor influence on the level of industrial injuries at the coal industry enterprises is done. The main causes of emergencies are noted, also objective and subjective factors influenced indirectly and directly on hazard chance and threaten the life and health of employees are found. The problem of the «human factor» concept definition is shown, the difficulty of this definition referring to a specific area of scientific knowledge is identified. The necessity of the all aspects comprehensive analysis of the «human factor» concept as isolated one from another as well as within a single system is revealed. A varied consideration of this concept will allow developing a new approach for labor protection and new preventive work means to occupational injuries and ensure the safety of miners.
