THE STATE OF THE ISSUE ON THE IMPACT OF MASS INDUSTRIAL EXPLOSIONS DURING OPEN-PIT MINIG ON THE PROTECTED OBJECTS AND THE ENVIRONMENT
The article provides the information on the degree of seismoacoustic activity of Kuzbass. The earthquakes historical data are given. The problems encountered are related to the intensification of the coal open-pit mining development and as a result the mass explosions increase at coal opencasts and mass explosions in the sections and a sharp increase in the seismic activity of the region. Organizational measures to prevent hazardous effects of the Kuzbass seismic activity increasing are described. The state of the issue on the investigation of the effect of mass industrial explosions on protected objects and the environment are given. The development of measures to prevent hazardous effects is suggested.
