VISUAL MONITORING METHOD OF ANCHOR SUPPORT FUNCTIONING

In order to provide visual control of the anchor support operability, an anchor has been developed, tests of which confirmed the operability of its pliability knots, at the same time the stratification and the value of deformation of roof rocks have been significantly reduced.

During the production and implementation of anchors knots pliability, researches were carried out on various versions of the configuration of units pliability. Used rubberized conveyor belts were used to make the washer stack, and instead of conical plugs — standard tension nuts with washers for anchor bars of 20 mm diameter and cone nuts for anchor bars made of reinforcement steel. A distinctive feature of the use of rubberized washers as pliable elements compared to pliable metal elements is their safety in use, since after passing the tension nut or bushing through the washer it is separated from the bag and falls.
