IMPROVING ROOF BOLTING STRUCTURES FOR MINE OPENING CONSTRUCTIONS

The paper discusses the research results of the «Support-massif» system in difficult mining and geological conditions which show that at many mining enterprises in Russia and abroad anchor roof structures for rock scalping is the most technically equipped and effective support. Specific mining and geological conditions new technical solutions for expansion, tubular, expanding–pressing anchors are developed with allowance for the depth of mining, the category of stability, fracturing and stress state of the peripheral mine working massif. These anchor roof structures allow ensuring high intensity and safety of work during the construction and operation of mine workings in complex, including rock-bump hazardous massif.
