BEST PRACTICES FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY, SAFETY AND ECOLOGICAL COMPATIBILITY OF DRILLING AND BLASTING OPERATIONS ON COAL OPENCAST OF KUZBASS

It is shown that providing the preparation of blasted rock mass for mining enterprises with the required safety conditions, high technical level and competitive price requires the use of modern technologies, automation of the technical calculation process. The introduction of the software complex and equipment allows to significantly reduce the impact of the human factor, to provide automatic design of BST and forecast analysis of the results of blasting works at the stage of project preparation for well drilling, to carry out remote control of works performance at all stages.
